Status

Not legal copy yet. The notes below describe what the site actually does, which is the raw material a privacy notice needs. They have not been drafted or reviewed by anyone qualified to write one, and they do not satisfy the PDPA on their own. Have a lawyer produce the final wording before launch.

What the site collects

One thing only: what you type into the enquiry form. That is your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and the name of your business, along with the message itself.

The form sets a session cookie so it can show your input back to you if something fails, and to stop the same enquiry being submitted repeatedly. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking on this site.

What happens to it

The enquiry is emailed to info@saltandledger.com.sg and read by us. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anyone else.

Fonts

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when you open a page. If that matters to you, the fonts can be served from this domain instead.

Asking us to delete it

Email info@saltandledger.com.sg and we will remove your enquiry and confirm that we have.

PLACEHOLDER — still to be added by your lawyer: the registered entity name, data retention period, the legal basis relied on, and your PDPA data protection officer contact.
